Hey there!

I'm Judith.

I build training that works and help teams put AI to use without the overwhelm.

This is my little corner of the internet, where I share the training programs, LMS work, and AI workflows I create.

Grab a coffee (or tea) and take a look around — I'm glad you're here!

About Me

I started out teaching high school chemistry, which taught me more about how people actually learn than any textbook could. That curiosity led me into instructional design, then into managing enterprise learning systems, and eventually into AI

My brain has always split evenly between creativity and analysis, which is probably why I love this work: instructional design rewards both, and AI gives me a whole new set of tools to build with.

When I'm not designing courses or managing an LMS, you'll find me exploring the next AI workflow worth sharing.

Process

Project Request

To get things started, simply submit the contact form on this site. This will help me better understand your company’s needs and determine whether I’m the right fit. If I am, we’ll schedule a video call to discuss your needs in more detail!

Proposal

After I have learned as much as possible about the project, I will create an individual proposal that will include a breakdown of my work for the project, pricing, and also schedule. You have the option of paying for my work by the hour or on a per project basis.

Kickoff Meeting

Our kickoff meeting is where we hit the ground running! We will discuss more specific details, ensure we're on the same page about the project's goals, and create a clear roadmap for moving forward.

Implement

Once I have received all relevant materials, I will begin working.

A project tracker will be provided to give updates on the project, in addition to regular communication via email.

Delivery

Once the project passes quality assurance with flying colors, I will present the project in a wrap-up meeting. This meeting will provide a comprehensive walkthrough of the project and ensure that you have complete satisfaction with the project.
